ABOUT

A practical approach to legal support.

McKenzie Friend Law is designed for people who need additional practical support while representing themselves. The aim is simple: help you understand your paperwork, prepare effectively and approach your case in an organised and informed way.

Services are tailored to the circumstances of each client. Any assistance provided remains subject to the rules and directions of the relevant court.

My background includes previous membership of the Institute of Legal Executives (FILEX) and prior experience in legal support. I am no longer a member of FILEX, and I do not present myself as a solicitor or barrister. The service is independent practical support; any court attendance or assistance is subject to applicable rules and permission where required.

AFFORDABLE SUPPORT

Affordable legal support at a significantly lower cost

Getting help with legal paperwork and court preparation can be expensive. McKenzie Friend Law offers practical, affordable support at a significantly lower cost than using a solicitor for comparable services.

Whether you need help with child contact disputes, position statements, skeleton arguments, court evidence, divorce paperwork, benefit applications or Armed Forces war pension claims, I aim to provide a service tailored to your individual needs and budget.

Every case is different, so individual pricing packages can be discussed during your free, 20-minute initial consultation, with no obligation to proceed.

You will receive a clear explanation of the costs before any work begins, so you know what to expect.

Affordable support. Transparent pricing. Practical help when you need it most.
